Introduced to these methods during my training as a physical rehabilitation therapist in Russia, I developed and improved these techniques at such prestigious establishments as the Russian professional ice-hockey teams and during 18 years of practice in the USA at elite health clubs such as the Lake Shore Athletic Club and the Condell Medical Hospital-affiliated Centre Club in Libertyville.
